Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Acceptance

By using VitalDay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Permitted use

VitalDay is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

No warranty

VitalDay is provided "as is." We make no warranty that reminders will always fire — operating system, battery, focus modes, or device settings can delay or suppress notifications. Always confirm important medication times with a clock, pillbox, or caregiver.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed doses or missed reminders.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Medical Disclaimer

VitalDay is a personal organizer for adults who want help remembering medications, hydration, and daily movement. It is not a medical device.

Not a substitute for medical advice

Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the instructions of a licensed healthcare provider for your medications, dosages, and schedule.

NOT FOR EMERGENCIES.

VitalDay's Emergency Contact button opens your phone's dialer for a quick call to someone you trust. It does NOT call 911 or any emergency service. In an emergency, hang up and dial 911 (or your local emergency number) directly.

Verify your reminders

Reminders rely on iOS and your device's battery, Focus, and Do Not Disturb settings. Treat them as helpful prompts, not a guarantee. Keep a backup routine such as a weekly pillbox.

Caregiver sharing

Information you share with caregivers via Messages or other apps leaves VitalDay's control. Only share with people you trust.
